| ENTERPRISE: General Conditions |

| Please pay a detailed attention in the general conditions and the responsibilities below. The recording of a passenger implies the knowledge and the acceptance of this section, which constitutes the contract between Destination Andine
and the passenger like with his agent of voyage if it is necessary. |

Deposit and final payment
Any reservation must be accompanied by a deposit from 300$ to 1000$ per anybody according to the selected circuit. The balance of the payment must be paid 45 days before the departure. Any reservation received at
Destination Andine
less than 45 days before the departure is adjustable entirely at this same time. Certain circuits requires a higher deposit, like those including the Islands Galapagos, the confirmation of the necessary deposit is always presented at the customers before their confirmation of reservation.

Payment by credit card
We do not accept the credit cards. We accept the payments with Paypal, therefore if you wish it, we send to you a request for payment by email and via Paypal you will pay with your credit card.

Cancellation
Any cancellation, entirely or partly, will have to be communicated in writing to
Destination Andine.
The applicable penalty will depend on the date of request for cancellation sent in writing to Andean Destination. If the passenger cancels his reservation, it does not matter the reasons, the following expenses of cancellation applies by anybody:

Any cancellation made on a reservation already comprising a change of starting date will involve expenses of cancellation based on the initial starting date. If a passenger cancels, the other passengers will undergo an adjustment of price as indicated in the booklet.
No refunding will be made for any service not used during the voyage. In fact, there will be no refunding if the passenger does not present himself at the activities envisaged or if it stops his voyage in the course of road . |

Change of reservation
Any modification of reservation will be regarded as a cancellation and will have consequently, being subjected at the expenses of cancellation.

Price
The prices mentioned in this sist are fixed with changes without notice. They are based on the rates of exchange, the air transport charges, the airport taxes or others, can involve a change in the prices appearing in this booklet, without notice, after the period of guarantee of the prices is 60 days after the publication of this booklet.

Luggage
According to the standards of the airline companies.
Destination Andine
is not responsible in the event of loss, flight or breaking of the luggage. We advise you however to provide you with insurance-luggage before your departure. |

Insurances
Before your departure, Destination Andine
strongly recommends to you to take insurances of cancellation, medical, of accident, air flight, etc. To obtain more information, check from your agent of voyage. |
|
Necessary document
The passenger commits himself obtaining, with his expenses, any document required by the proper governmental authorities. We recommend to the passenger to enquérir ourselves in advance of the documents which will be required of him. The ropeway reserves the right to prohibit the access on board to any passenger not holding the documents required by the authorities of the country of destination. The Canadian citizens who travel must hold a passport validates 6 months after their date of return to the country |

Air Transport
Any airline company, member of the IATA, can be selected with the programs described in the present booklet. The schedules of the airline companies are fixed with changes without notice. It is responsibility for the passenger to check, at least 24 hours before the departure and the return, if modifications were made to the schedule flights. |

Exclusion and limit of responsibility
The organizers of
Destination Andine
ust as its agents intervene only in the capacity as representatives near the travellers and are not held responsible for quality of the services offered by the hotels, aboard plane, ships, train, coach or other vehicle used during voyages, nor of the delays, losses or damages of luggage, accidents incurred by the passengers following the use of these means of transport, than it of either the cause. If it becomes necessary or advisable, in order to ensure comfort and the wellbeing of the travellers or for any other reason, to change the route or the plans of the voyages, these modifications will be made without the organizer being penalized by it. If additional expenses are essential following such changes, the air lines concerned will not be responsible for the acts or omissions whose the passengers would be victims while they are not aboard plane. After their emissions, the tickets of the passengers will constitute the only contracts between them and the airline company. If, for reasons out of our control, the establishments described in this booklet were not available,
Destination Andine
and its agents reserve the right to place their customers in other hotels of similar category.
Note well that the passengers have as a responsibility to confirm their return at least 72 hours in advance. Destination Andine
is not responsible for any negligence or the disadvantages caused by a flight not confirmed or any flight delayed by the airline company.
It is responsibility for the passenger to warn Destination Andine
immediately when a problem occurs.
To the foreigner, the passenger must immediately communicate with the representative of the supplier of services concerned so allowing the immediate solution of the problem when possible. If the problem could not be solved this way, the passenger must communicate immediately with his agent of voyage so that

can regulate the problem as soon as possible. If it were not possible to regulate the problem, the passenger must in the 14 days following his return, to transmit in writing to
Destination Andine
the details of the complaint or complaint, via his agent of voyages. The complaints will be taken into account only in the possibility where
Destination Andine
will have been prevented problem at the time when it occurred and which, in spite of its intervention, the situation could not have been regulated. No other complaint or complaint will be treated. |

Responsibilities de Destination Andine
We recommend to you to check your health near your doctor before leaving.
Destination Andine
could not be held responsible for the complaints, losses, damage, expenses or expenditure, wounds or death which can rise from any accident, fortuitous occurences, or risks of cause beyond control, any delay relating to luggage or the starting schedules, or any hitch, loss of approval, contrariety, disappointment or anxiety consequently:

Of an act or omission of any person having a relationship to Destination Andine
or of an in good faith acting representative of
Destination Andine; |
| B) |
Of a mechanical breakdown, act of a government, temperature, strike or lockout, or advent of very other causes foreign with Destination Andine |
| C) |
Of any failure of the passenger to get the documents necessary (passport, visa, chart of tourist and medical certificate) to pay travelling expenses within the time envisaged, to be present at the hour fixed for the departure or to conform to the directives on the handling of luggage. |
| D) |
Of cancellation, for some reason that it is, of the service of voyage offered, or any modification made to those. |
| E) |
Of any act, any omission or any service provided by the hotels on board services of transport or any problem occurring during the stay aboard planes. |
| F) |
Luggage conveyed by the local conveyors and the airline company and Destination Andine
declines any responsibility for their loss, flight or damage; this is why we suggest you getting an insurance luggage to you. |
